tucansam
I googled "copy usb unraid" and didn't get much, so forgive me if this has been covered. I have a Basic setup that I need to upgrade to Pro. I have a few shares configured, some extra software installed (unmenu, screen, etc). Some settings changed. Etc. I am repurposing the USB stick I am using (16GB) for Readyboost, and have a 4GB stick on order. But I need to copy the entire unraid USB stick to the new one, including making it bootable. What's the least painful way of doing so? Thanks. Link to comment
pantner
copy the contents to the new drive and run the command in this wiki entry http://lime-technology.com/wiki/index.php/USB_Flash_Drive_Preparation#Windows_XP (if you are in Vista/W7 you will need to do it from an admin command prompt) and that should make the new drive bootable.
