[solved] How to visually check how much room is in each drive in the array

Featured Replies

I'm running unRAID ver 4.7 plus and am about to upgrade to the pro version.

Before I do that I'd like to know how much room is in drive in the array. I'm accessing the array via firefox for the 64bit version of Windows 7. I tried following the directions from the youtube unRAID series of installation videos by category5tv but it didn't work.

I'm specifically talking about viewing a piechart that shows how much room is left.

Thanks for your help.

Unless you are using linux to check on your array, there is no way to view a piechart or something similar to determine how much drive space is left on each disk. You'll just have to settle on the main page under the column 'Free' to tell you how much drive space is left.

Thanks to everyone who replied and helped this newb understand unRAID a little bit better.

The pie chart must be an add-on. The unRAID main page shows how much is free on each drive.

So there is no way to check unless you're running linux...

Forgive me for being such a newb but I just need clarification.

On the unRAID main page, under the column 'Free' tells you how much disk space is left on that drive. For example:

Model/Serial No.  Temperature  Size                    Free                Reads        Writes    Errors

disk 1  blahblahblahNRD              27C    1,953,514,552    551,540,300  1,320,977  450,478  0

I am to infer from this reading that I have 551,540,300 or about 551GB of free space?

Thanks again for your help.
