September 23, 200817 yr I am not 100% sure but based on the descriptions, the cheaper one seems to only have the low profile bracket and no SATA cables, whereas the more expensive unit seems to have both brackets and 4 SATA cables... Regards, Peter

October 9, 200817 yr I found 2 new 1430SA's on ebay; one for $40.00 plus $10.00 for shipping and one for $1.00 plus $10.00 for shipping. Work great.
