cynicaljoy
I just setup my unRAID box and am attempting to start copying files over from my old computer that was I was JBOD for storage. Both boxes are on the same switched (GigE) using wired connection. The old box is a debian box. What I've done is mounted the one of the shares from the debian box to the unRIAD box and I am using `rsync --progress /debianshare/*/mnt/user/Storage/` -- rsync shows a transfer rate of 1-2MB/s -- what can I do to get these speeds up? Transferring about 5TB of data at 1MBs would take a painful amount of time. Quote Link to comment
moose
See this thread. Try placing the "sysctl vm.highmem_is_dirtyable=1" command in your go file. Quote Link to comment
