eknee1417
I am unable to connect to Crashplan ever since upgrading to rc11 from rc8a. I keep getting "Crashplan has been disconnected from the backup engine" errors when trying to connect headless. I've verified that Crashplan is running and have even uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled all the plugins. Any ideas? Link to comment
Woodpusherghd
You need to change the file permissions in the Crashplan directory. In a telnet session, chmod -R 755 (followed by your crashplan directory) should do the trick. Link to comment
eknee1417
Now I'm getting another error when I try to login. "System error: If problem persists re-install CrashPlan". I tried re-installing but I have the same issue. Should have never upgraded :\ Link to comment

PhilDG
I had trouble with this plugin especially when the version of crashplan was updated. Try this version - it appears to work when crashplan auto updates itself. http://lime-technology.com/forum/index.php?topic=24875.0 Link to comment
eknee1417
That worked brilliantly! Thanks PhilDG. Odd that this just acted up on my update from rc10 to rc11. I've done other updates and never had an issue before. Link to comment
