can I hide SMB on OSX?

I am runnign the latest RC of 5.x.  I have both macs and windows systems on my network.  I have both SMB and AFP enabled on my user shares.  I am wondering if it is possible to hide the SMB shares on Mac OSX.  When I go into finder on my mac, it shows Storagetower and Storagetower-SMB.  I would like it to just show storagetower (the AFP one)

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
