garycase Posted October 20, 2013 Share Posted October 20, 2013 For $31 extra you can go with a mini-ITX Haswell motherboard [ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813132032 ] that will let you use the PC-Q25B. That's only $1 more than the difference between the modular and non-modular Silverstone SFX power supply => so use the non-modular PSU and get that motherboard and you're at a wash cost-wise Note for the non-modular only has ONE cable that you're not likely to use -- the PCIe auxiliary power connection. I simply cut that off about 1" from where it exits the PSU when I use that power supply. The modular IS slightly more efficient (by 5%) ... so if you can find the extra $30 it's nice to have; but it's certainly not required. Link to comment
