Just finished upgrading all drives to 3tb reds and noticed alot of errors on my parity drive, smart status and checks report no problems, the drive is in bay 1 in my HP n40l microserver on a sas cable

 

these reds are a pain the *** had 2 die on rebuild which had replaced on rma

 

what ya think, im thinking the drive is gonna go bad what ya think?
