August 22, 201312 yr I run PMS on UnRaid 5.0rc16c and access it via Roku-Plex with no problems, and I have not dealt with whatever you are talking about re: cloudmedia folders etc. Do you have a Cache disk? If so make sure you create the "app" and "tmp" folders PMS requires as "cache only" shares. I'm guessing the way you have it set up now the mover script is moving the files every night onto the array, but you're correctly pointing to the cache drive mount point. Result: the files are now gone as far as PMS is concerned since it is only looking at the folders on the cache drive. Pointing to the user share itself is not an option because 1) it will mean spinning up the array and 2) you risk the dreaded "Transport Endpoint Is Not Connected" error.
