Hi everyone, I had a power outage and the server started a parity check as a result. I let it run and when I checked again a day later I noticed that disk14 was disabled.

I am going to follow the process for rebuilding disabled hard drives shown below, once I checked the hard disk cabling

I am not sure what caused it, but if anyone more technical than me can work out from the attached system log, please share it!

It was caused by the power outage. This is one reason that UPS is very important.

Thanks, rebuilt the same drive, it works fine.

Any good threads/wiki pages I can read about setting up unraid so it will shut down when the UPS kicks in?

Use apcupsd. There is an unmenu package.
