Looking to upgrade to 3.0. Is there a thread floating around that has a list of successful flash drives used to boot 3.0?

 

If there isn't, does anyone have a good flash drive to recommend?

 

if there is, Tom - do you think its worth a sticky?

The only device I've seen that won't boot is a 2GB Memorex Traveldrive - don't know why.

 

The main thing we look for is whether it the Flash drive has a unique serial number - almost all "new" ones seem to have unique serial numbers, with the notable exception of Kingston DataTraveler.

I also looked through the Beta Release threads and based on your posts there, i will go with the sandisk cruzer 512mb.
