flimflamman
Not sure what changed. Restarting my server does not fix the issue. Oddly I can see my unit and access the shares from my iMac without any issues. When I try to connect via terminal FTP I get this error: Connected to 10.0.1.10. 500 OOPS: cannot read user list file:/boot/config/vsftpd.user_list ftp> I don't even see that file at all on the flash drive. EDIT: I've attached my system logs. They were too big to upload so I put them on dropbox: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/45912536/syslog-20140131-225727.txt https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/45912536/syslog-20140202-005937.txt Also, before all of this I was trying to install a Plex related plugin and followed this guide. not sure if this messed something up: 1. change your EMHTTP port in the go script you need to change your emhttp port in the go script as plexconnect uses port 80 and 443 only with some firewall portforwarding rules you can change that but it is easier to just change the emhttp port open /boot/config/go in your favorite editor (i use the edit function of winscp) change this line Quote /usr/local/sbin/emhttp & to Quote /usr/local/sbin/emhttp -p XX & where XX is a port of your choice... be aware of all ports that are in use by all your plugins... i used port 90 in my server... dgaschk
Simplefeatures is not compatible with unRAID version 5. Remove Simplefeatures. Update the system to version 5.05. Link to comment
flimflamman
Thanks for the help. I'm not sure what's going on. I deleted simple features. My system seems to go through the boot up process just fine. It no longer shows up in my mac finder so I can't access my shares anymore. That said I can log in via terminal to the system without any issues. I still can't access the server from the web gui and even though it says my plex media server is running fine, I can't access my PMS. Would new log files help? Link to comment
dgaschk
Yes. Attach the syslog. zip it if needed. See my sig to disable add-ons. Link to comment
flimflamman
It's just weird that I can connect via telnet, but cannot see the server in finder. My PMS apparently starts up too but I cannot access it. **EDIT: I Just remade the GO file and now everything seems to working for the time being. syslog-20140202-005937.txt.zip Link to comment
