Web GUI and unMenu not available.

Featured Replies

Hello,

Yesterday I started a corrective parity check on my array. During the process the web GUI was not working, but unMenu was.

This morning the sync is finished and unMenu showed the array was up and healthy, but the web GUI was still not working.  So I stopped the array via unmenu and did a shutdown -r now from ssh.  After rebooting the web GUI and unmenu were both working.  I started the array from the web GUI and it stopped responding. Unmenu is also not responding.  I thought perhaps the array started, but when I browse to my server I do not see my shares.

What can I do?  Can/should I try to stop the array from the command line, somehow disable plugins and reboot? I can post any logs or output of commands like ps -ef if desired.

EDIT: version is 5.0.5.  syslog attached.

UPDATE:

I stopped the array from the console by following this post:

Then I renamed my CrashPlan plugin files so that CrashPlan would not start on boot.  Upon rebooting I was able to start the array and browse my shares.  Apparently there is something wrong with my CrashPlan config.  Should I just remove /boot/config/plugins/CrashPlan and /boot/config/plugins/crasplan_gui and reconfigure the plugins?
