Hello

I’ve just upgraded my desktop with a bigger SSD

The “old” one, a Kingston 64GB, still has Windows 7 installed on it, and I’m planning to use it as a cache drive

Should I format it before, or Unraid will take care of it?

    unRAID will take care of it. In fact, you can't format it in Windows with the reiser filesystem unRAID requires (well, maybe some special Windows partition manager application could do that, but I don't know of one).
