Just getting my media server up and running. Set the primary media share to high water, min free space 60000000. Split level I left blank (I think that is disabled?). Does this seem correct? Any changes I should make? Can I edit these settings later without losing data?

    Allocation and split level only effect which disk a new write to a user share is started on, so any changes will leave your data exactly as it is on the drives. Unraid never moves data from one protected disk to another by itself.
