system won't boot...help!

Featured Replies

I'm not sure what exactly happened but I was in my BIOS and accidentally selected for drive configuration SATA & PATA and hit F10 to save.  When they system tried to reboot it won't.  It won't even go into the BIOS.  I hit the Delete key and it says Entering Setup then just freezes there.  I tried shutting off the power and disconnecting everything but still can't get into the BIOS.  I have 4 SATA drives and one DVD ROM hooked up in my system.

We've had to do that a few times updating bios, e.g., first time we updated an Intel D915GAGLK every reboot resulted in no video - thought we killed the board, then tried removing the battery & reinstalling, and what do you know, it worked.
