0x8007003B on a specific file transfer

Featured Replies

Hi all,

so I am trying to copy a 27gig file to my movies folder on unRAID, it errors out every time with 0x8007003B error code. The weird thing is I can copy this same file to my TV show folder without any issues. I have also copied other files to the movies folder with no issues.

I have tried copying between the TV show folder share and the movie folder share but this also gives me the same error.

I am using an ASUS RT-AC68U router with the latest firmware, although I believe this is most likely an issue with unRAID. As stated above, this error is very specific to this file, all other files are transferring fine. I also tried re-ripping the file and renaming the file, all with the same resulting 0x8007003B error.

Anyone got any suggestions?

So I believe I know the issue. unRAID movie share was set to High-Water and what I think was happening was that the file was trying to write to a drive with not enough space. I delete another file in the movie folder and now that file copied fine. I am currently in the process of copying back the file I deleted but I presume due to the other large file is already saved to that drive unRAID is writing to another drive in the array.

The weird thing is that there are no drives showing on the main unRAID webpage that is close to full, they all have at least 300 - 400 gig free.
