Post this a a new topic, and zip up your syslog. People on this board will help you trouble shoot.

I have done alot of testing, and everything is very stable for the last 1 year plus. Not even a failed drive...sweet. I normally loose one drive a year, which is fine by me as the 3TB drives are out... grin...
