Missing memory

This one is very weird.

 

I bought a Dell H310 to use as a spare HBA. It flashed to LSI P19 IT with no problems and UNRAID is happy with it. All the drives are shown.

 

The problem is one memory slot becomes empty, therefore I lose 8GB of ram.

 

If I reinstall the M1015 both memory slots report have 8GB.

 

If I can't use it as a spare how would I flash it back to the Dell firmware.

Why those two pins?

Because I couldn't find any explanation of why this should happen I didn't leave the card in my server. I'll probably keep it as a spare incase my M1015 fails.
