Server's NIC showing on my GFX/Sound/PCI adapter passthru Windows 8 VM

I installed the Xen drivers and now I have 2 nics:

 

Xen Net Device Driver (working fine)

E1000/MT which is what I set "model" to be in the vif section of my VM.cfg (not doing anything but showing up on device manager with an exclamation point!)

 

How can I remove the last one?  Thanks!
