December 27, 201411 yr Hello everybody, I am asking for a little help here with my cache drive. I have a 120 ssd Kingston hard drive. The problem that I am having is that when I manually start the mover script for the cache drive, it says mover started/skipping appdata/skipping applications/ mover finished. I have my cron set up to moved completed files every hour. When that starts it says" Dec 26 19:07:01 Tower crond[1175]: failed parsing crontab for user root: *** /usr/local/sbin/mover |& logger". Any help will be greatly appreciated.
December 30, 201411 yr There are a couple of things in your syslog that might indicate a problem with your flash drive. Put it in your PC and run checkdisk on it. Are your appdata and applications shares set to cache-only? These sound like the sorts of folders that you would want it to skip. The "parsing crontab" has been reported before, possibly related to plugins. You are running several plugins. Have you tried running in SAFE MODE to see if the "parsing crontab" error goes away?
