Every time I reboot, I get the following error. But when I click on the disk and get the SMART reports, everything looks good.

 

Do you guys know what it means? Should I be worried?

Dynamix warns you on every boot about certain attributes if they are non-zero.  The raw value on 188 from seagate drives is only meaningful to seagate.  You really should only worry if the value changes while the server is up and running (you'll be warned again).  At that point you can start to investigate whats going on.
