It possible install winxp? I receive the error "hard disk not found"! is a driver issue, maybe I have to make an image of XP with nLite with the drivers already built?

When you get to the installation screen where you select the drive to install Windows on, you'll click the load drivers button and browse the CD drive to load the VIRTIO drivers. There are 3 drivers that you'll need to install (most likely) and you can install them all from that screen. Think they are Network, MemBaloon, and Storage drivers. Don't remember the exact names.

No! in WinXP installation, in the driver installation screen, the driver loaded only from floppy, not CD Rom! When I press "F6" for loading I get the error "no floppy disk found".

But the "PCIe ACS Override" should be set to "yes" or "no"? And in the virtual machine configuration, the "USB Devices"? My "USB Device" are:

JMicron Technology Corp. / JMicron USA Technology Corp. ATA/ATAPI Bridge [AdPlus SuperVer]

ATEN International Co., Ltd Winbond Hermon

But "JMicron Technology Corp. / JMicron USA Technology Corp. ATA/ATAPI Bridge" is the storage controller?

I was attempting to do the same thing when I realized Windows setup asks for a floppy.
