In my drive Attributes, I have 1 drives that has Command Timeout yellowed, i drive that has Reallocated Sector Ct yellowed and one drive with both in yellow. Wonder which one I should replace. July 21, 201510 yr Command timeout is definitely not important. Reallocated count may not be that important, unless changing or very high. Why not provide the full SMART reports (just attach the diagnostics file), and indicate the serial numbers of the 3 drives? We can better compare from the full reports. Personally, I would judge based on age, size, make/model, serious SMART defects, then minor SMART issues last.
