Using Cache Drive in a USB Enclosure

Hi guys,

I had my cache drive in a big enclosure connect via an eSata connector, and it showed up and worked fine. Since the big enclosure was huge and unsightly, I placed the 2.5" drive in a small USB enclosure. It gets detected, and even fdisk sees it, but it is not a mountable option as a cache drive. Any ideas?

Disk /dev/sdb: 500.1 GB, 500107862016 bytes

1 heads, 63 sectors/track, 15504336 cylinders, total 976773168 sectors

Units = sectors of 1 * 512 = 512 bytes

Sector size (logical/physical): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

I/O size (minimum/optimal): 512 bytes / 512 bytes

Disk identifier: 0x00000000

/dev/sdb1              64  976773167  488386552  83  Linux

Thanks,
