January 28, 201610 yr Guys, ran into a bit of a problem today, upgraded my unraid and dynamix webgui from plugins page and once I restarted I can no longer start my array. I only have 3 array devices - 1 parity and 2 disks - 1 cache device and 1 boot device. When I go to registration I've reloaded my key just to be sure and if i click upgrade it says to upgrade from plus to Pro. I'll attach some screenshots and logs also. One thing to note is it's still saying i'm on beta 6 version and that a restart it needed under plugins page for Unraid. I've been successfully running for a year with no problems and am running unraid on a VM with the usb drive passed through to it. I've also powered down fully and restarted multiple times - also disabled any extra devices on the VM just incase. solidraid-diagnostics-20160128-0922.zip

January 28, 201610 yr Community Expert Since the onlu upgrade option from Plus is to to Pro I assume that is why it is offering that when you go to Upgrade. i assume that you realise that you do not have to do anthing to continue using your existing Plus key?
January 28, 201610 yr Author Yeah, Plus should be totally fine to continue using..was just pointing it at as the system atleast thinks I have a plus key if its saying I can only upgrade to pro
January 28, 201610 yr Community Expert Yeah, Plus should be totally fine to continue using..was just pointing it at as the system atleast thinks I have a plus key if its saying I can only upgrade to pro It might be worth checking what you have in /boot/extra (if anything) and what plugins you have installed. Maybe you have something that is not compatible with the current release and that is messing things up? Posting the diagnostics (Tools->Diagnostics) might help someone spot a possible cause?
January 28, 201610 yr Community Expert I don't think the update from the Plugin page works from a beta, and I doubt it works at all if you are running unRAID itself as a VM.
