February 4, 201610 yr http://postimg.org/image/scmuhsjtb/ I had 3 drives in Cache pool but needed one for another use. The cable also dropped out and unRAID seemed fine with 2 drives. Question is how to safely remove the empty slot pictured above? Do I just unassign the cache drives from their current slots and move them to the slots 1 & 2 (from 2 & 3) ?? Everything works fine.. but it just bugs me that empty slot!
