I moved my server to a new location and serverely bent my usb thumb drive. It still works, but it silver part is attached by a thread. I am afraid to remove it, for fear of breaking it completely. How do I go about getting Unraid on a new thumb drive?

create a new unRaid USB stick  (as per the instructions)

 

Copy all of the files from the old stick (through the network since you're afraid to remove it) onto the new one

 

Boot up unRaid, and it will guide you through getting a new .key file
