Poor 4k speeds in Win10 VM on SSD

Hopefully someone can help me out with this. I believe I am having poor performance in my Windows 10 VM on unRAID.

 

The VM does feel a bit sluggish. I ran a benchmark on the drive. See below for the results. The 4K random wrote didn't even finish it was so slow. The SSD is mounted outside the array via the Unassigned Devices plugin. Qcow2 image takes about ~20gigs of space

Seems like unRaid 6.2 will likely speed up SSD performance.

 

I believe that converting the VM disk from QCOW to Raw will also speed things up because there is less overhead.

Trust me. ive tried everything! (i started up that other thread) the only thing left to do is wait for 6.2 where qemu and libvirt have updates and take things from there.
