hi guys, I have an Eaton 5E 1500i USB model, cable is in and daemon started, but every 5 seconds or so it says communication to the device has been restored. No battery load/runtime left or model comes through. Was wondering if my UPS supports the daemon or vice verse?

    Yes I did. I also tried a few other options.
