Windows 10 keeps changing IP

Every time I restart my Windows 10 VM the local IP keeps changing, aka 192.168.0.111-115.

 

Anyway to stop this?

    To close this thread off and for the purpose of helping any user that stumbles on this thread looking for the same thing, one assumes that you found the Static Lease section of your router probably within the DHCP settings section.

     

    e.g.: grabbing the MAC address of your Windows 10 VM and assigning it the IP address you would like based on that MAC address.
