acropora
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822178866 On sale for $270. Seems like a decent price but more than the $215 for the archive drive. Anyone know the difference other the the cache? I spoke to Seagate chat and he said this is an SMR drive. Quote Link to comment
testdasi
It might just be anecdotal but I have had some bad experiences with Seagate Desktop range. I think I read somewhere that it has like the lowest reliability rating or something - which is consistent with my personal experience - but then it might just be confirmation bias.
