I've tried, and there are no tricks I can find to access it.  If it's still possible, it will have to be up to Tom, Eric, or JonP.

 

In the mean time, you may want to start another, with a slightly different name just in case.  If the original can be restored, we'll merge them.

In the meantime, we'll use this as a temporary support thread, and if I don't hear from Tom / Eric / Jon (they've all been PM'ed), then I'll create a new proper one.
