May 6, 201610 yr Hi Guys, Totally stumped. After performing a clean reboot, one of my exported shares (Movies) is empty. If I view it view Windows it is empty. If I try to access the files via XBMC/Kodi, they are unreachable. Oddly, if I look at the share via Putty/Telnet or the Unraid GUI Shares tab, I can see all the contents. All my other shares are exporting and behaving normally. Strangely, when I look at Shares in the GUI, I now see "Movies", which is the correct formatting of my share name, and also a second share called "movies" lowercase. What can I do to fix this so my share is accessible again? LOG (after latest reboot): http://pastebin.com/EWCrJ0nz Help would be greatly appreciated!
May 7, 201610 yr Community Expert You have accidentally created another share with lowercase and Windows is showing the wrong one. If it has any files in it move or delete them then delete the share from the webUI. Once it is gone Windows will show the right one. You need to figure out if you have misconfigured something to write to the lowercase share or it will get created again.

May 19, 201610 yr Author Fixed. Thank you! I'll dig into root cause Any tips for troubleshooting the root cause? It has happened again. This time for Movies and TV Shows. Deleting the lower case versions fixes the problem, but I'd like to solve permanently... Would a log help after a reboot?

Odds on its a mistake you've made in the docker mappings. 10-1 the problem happened again after a new tv show was downloaded Sent from my LG-D852 using Tapatalk
