Second question, if I ftp from ubuntu to unraid (50MB/s average BTW) as either root or other user, I do not see the files on the /mnt/cache/.Media mount from samba shares. I have to do a change mod to see them in ubunutu. I know I should be using NFS, insteads of cifs/samba, I will eventually get there, now that I no longer have any windows desktops or servers. 100% Linux now, but learning...
December 21, 200916 yr Corrected Below: The /mnt/user0 is a view of the disk array (/mnt/disk#) excluding the contents of the cache disk (/mnt/cache). The other (/mnt/user) is a composite view of the disk array (/mnt/disk#) and cache drive (/mnt/cache).
