About that there are no application or logs in docker since i delete the docker image

If you're using jumbo frames on your network disable them (if you don't know what they are, then you're not using them) BTW, what is your geographical location?

Squid I did restart the server like 6 or 8 time but did dont help I will try the safe mode and see what happen But i dont think that i will any luck since its a problem in the middle east Thanks guys

July 2, 201610 yr It looks like its actually getting there however, even if its retrying. This problem would be something with your isp or network. I don't have any suggestions on what to do to fix.

It seems it work now i did change the internet provider and work i hope it will work I did notice a problem with old internet provider with iso download it did hang a lot I hope this will fix the problem Thanks Squid and CHBMB for your help
