July 6, 20169 yr Hi all, I have the Plex plug-in(Plugin Version: 2016.06.28.1) working and can see the Plex-Unraid page, but it shows that the Plex service is not installed. Installed Version:NOT INSTALLED When I try to in stall it, it says it's missing a file: 2016-07-05 12:07:15 [iNFO] Installing Plex Media Server... 2016-07-05 12:07:16 [iNFO] Updating dependencies 2016-07-05 12:07:16 [iNFO] No dependencies required for this application 2016-07-05 12:07:16 [iNFO] Updating export file 2016-07-05 12:07:16 [iNFO] Updating shorcut file 2016-07-05 12:07:16 [iNFO] Updating plugin config file 2016-07-05 12:07:20 [WARNING] Unable to get latest version from online - Checking USB for any install file 2016-07-05 12:07:20 [ERROR] Install failed: Install file missing The only version of the Plex server I can find is the latest one on the Plex site. I'm assuming this might not work on the older version of the Unraid software. Does anyone have an older version of Plex, or the latest version that worked with Unraid v5? Thanks.

I think PhAzE has a plugin that still works, but keep in mind, you are going to be fighting an uphill battle keeping that old version of unraid running. It would be much better to upgrade to 6.1.9 to get back on the supported versions. The unraid upgrade is free, your current USB stick and attached license should work just fine.
July 6, 20169 yr As far as I'm aware PhaZe's plugin no longer works as he was pulling the file from the Plex site..... What really would help is if someone running a V5 Unraid had a copy of the Plex release. It's the only way people will still be able to run it.

Ahh, I misunderstood, I thought the reply of a user in that thread indicated he had found a working solution. Hard to tell since his thread is all jumbled together with all his plugins and both V5 and 6 versions. Officially, there is no way to run Plex on unraid V5, period. Plex made the decision to stop 32 bit development, IIRC.
