July 7, 201610 yr I'm running a Win 10 app (www.goodsync.com) that backs up to SMB shares on unRaid 6.1.9. According to the developer, GoodSync supports working in an elevated mode. But unraid is reporting "The specified server cannot perform the requested operation. (error 58)" So it means that the share does not allow the MoveFile operation - even when client runs elevated. This is from the client GoodSync log... - ERROR: Cannot move destination file to history folder: //HUNTERNAS/documents/_gsdata_/_saved_/Downloads/winx-dvd-copy-pro (1).exe: Access is denied. (error 5); Elevated MoveFile: server said: The specified server cannot perform the requested operation. Does anyone know if this sounds like an SMB v3 support issue? i.e. 6.2 should resolve?
