Trying to purchase

I'm trying to purchase a license but either the website is running on a potato or there's something preventing me from completing the purchase.

I already went past giving my paypal credentials (took forever for the cart page to load properly) but it gets stuck after filling in the form with my information.

 

EDIT: finally worked, took about 10 minutes for the page to load so this thread may be removed.

Had the same problem.  But was couldn't complete the transaction.  Lost half a day trying different combination.

 

I'm writing because I think I have found a way and maybe this will help someone in the future.

 

I was using chrome.  Didn't work.  Always hangs.  Tried paypal, credit card, etc...

The solution is to use Edge (or IE I guess).

The process is fast, but for an unknown reason, I couldn't sign in with my regular email.  Said the password was bad (it isn't).

So I had to use another email address and specify a new password.

 

Took less the 2 minutes.

 

Hopes this gets fixed and maybe help someone.

I haven't used IE for years and been able to buy the license.
