Disk dying?

I'm starting to get a lot of read errors on one of my disks. I tried shutting the server down and re-seating the cables on that drive but it didn't help.

 

I'm attaching the syslog file - is this drive basically on its way out and I should replace it asap?

    Everything got really slow and unresponsive - so I just replaced the disk and everything is good now.

     

    I'll probably put it back in as an unassigned device and preclear it to see what happens....
