USB 3.0 PCI-E Card Passthrough

I was wondering if there is a way to force a card to show? My setup is an All-in-one ESXI Build and I use to passthrough my USB 3.0 Card. As unraid is booting I see below in the console. I am unsure on how to fix it or get the card to show properly. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I just started using unRaid so I'm sort of unfamiliar with its true inter workings.
