An external enclosure for preclearing drives?

Is there some type of external enclosure I can buy for preclearing drives? All 24 bays of my Norco 4224 are full.

 

I'd prefer something that lets me do at least 2 drives at a time.

    build a second cheap computer put unRaid on it with a decent host bus adapter with a few hundred MB/s throughput.

     

    I just pre cleared 6 drives at once last night at the same time, and was only limited by the 600MB/s throughput on my HBA.
