February 6, 20179 yr I am having an issue I am trying to figure out. I have an SMB Share from UNRAID set to "Private" and with my user that I created set to "read/write". I have mapped this share to my Windows box using that same user/password. I get access denied anytime I try and create a file on the share. If I set my user to "no access" I immediately see the share disappear from windows. But "read/write" is not letting me actually write files. Permissions for that folder on the server are set to drwxr-xr-x. Any ideas on what my issue is?
February 6, 20179 yr Author I applied the extra settings from that thread but the issue still remains.
February 6, 20179 yr The permissions are set wrong (unless the user actually owns the folder) They should be 0777 Easiest way to fix (all shares) is to run docker safe New Perms from the tools tab which comes with the fix common problems plugin
