I found these files on my boot up flash drive... Can they be safely deleted?

Looks like filesystem repairs, similar to lost+found. Are you sure everything else is OK? Post a diagnostic.

I'm pretty sure these are from a previous issue which is now resolved..

My diagnostics are attached here. Please tell me if you think it's safe to delete those FSCK*.REC files.

Looks OK, except you still have some lines in your go file left from when you were using unMenu. I don't think these are doing anything since it doesn't look like the referenced folders are around anymore, but you might clean it up anyway.
