So this evening I went into settings and clicked on Cleanup Appdata. It found a bunch of orphan folders and I clicked on delete to delete them which it did. When it was finished there was a spinning icon that indicated it was looking for orphan Appdata, after a few minutes I clicked on one of the tabs to navigate away from this page even though the icon was still spinning and now no web pages will load in the gui of my server. I can ping it, access network shares, I just cant bring up the gui. Should I just wait it out, or is there something I can do?

You can either wait it out or from the command prompt

powerdown -r

Something has gone wrong and it's tying up the whole gui

Yeah since posting this, no change. Now the mover is running and its copying a couple hundred gigabytes to the array so that may be affecting things too, so I'll just wait until the mover is finished and if I still can't get a response from the web gui I will reboot.

One question will powerdown -r perform a clean power down? I don't want to have to go through a parity check if I can avoid it.

Thanks
