How would I configure SSH Key Auth so that a Docker (which has the ability to do command line) could do ssh to a few raspberry pi's?

    This has nothing to do with unRAID itself. Check the docker support thread (if any).

    Otherwise, a generic answer is to mount something, say /mnt/user/appdata/docker/ssh, int the docker as .ssh directory of the user that will be doing the ssh.
