Crowding when adding a new VM with Azure theme

When adding a new VM, the icon crowds the title.

    A lot of formatting on the VM page is hardcoded and doesn't play nice with the new themes.

    It's not really a problem, just looks bad.  I'm sure there will be more of these kinds of things with the new themes.  Some of the UI code has to be pretty old and not written to today's standards.

     

    BTW, I am really liking the new Azure theme.  That's why I am seeing these issues, because I am using the new theme.
