[SOLVED] Cursor not always showing in Azure fill in fields

There is no cursor showing on fill in fields in Azure and the color does not change when the field is active.  If I switch to White theme the cursor is there.  When I switch back to Azure, it is there for a bit and then goes away again.  Is this something specific with my system?  I'm using Chrome.

    I see this too once in a while, and only with Chrome. The other browsers under test (Firefox, Edge and Safari) don't have this.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
