New SuperMicro case

I'm looking to upgrade my current Norco 4224 server case to a SuperMicro 4U 24 bay case on ebay.  The ebay seller told me it was this model:

https://www.supermicro.com/products/chassis/4U/846/SC846E1-R900.cfm

specs listed on ebay page:

  • Backplane: SuperMicro BPN-SAS2-846EL1
  • 24 x Caddies 3.5"
  • 2 x Power Supply
  • Complete Rails Kit
  • Not include: CPU, RAM, Hard Drive, Raid Controller
  • 30 days warranty

This SuperMicro case is also being sold with this motherboard:

https://www.supermicro.com/products/motherboard/QPI/5500/X8DAH_-F.cfm

the form factor of said motherboard is:

  • Enhanced Extended ATX

I'm not planning on using it though.  I want to put my ASRock EP2C602-4L/D16  SSI EEB motherboard into that case.  My question is: Will I have to do any modification to fit an SSI EEB motherboard into this SuperMicro case?  I'd rather it just fit without having to drill any extra standoff holes, but I want to know if it will be necessary before I make the purchase.
