I've got a pair of these and they work nicely.  Out of the box they feel a bit flimsy but once screwed into the drive bay they are ok.

For Monoprice, Canadians would be looking ~$24 delivered (plus slower delivery and a chance of added duty).  The Dell price is looking pretty good!

Yes the Dell price is good!  The reason I mentioned monoprice was that once the Dell sale is over then monoprice is the least expensive (even including shipping) source of these things I was able to find.
